DIRECTOR
Peter Vickers
BSc
BEc FCA
Peter studied at the University of Sydney
and enjoyed university life so much that he completed two degrees. He is
a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, the
Taxation Institute of Australia, the Corporate Directors Association and
the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Peter is an authorized
representative under the Corporations Act and is licensed to give investment
advice. He is a registered tax agent, a registered company auditor, an
external examiner for the Law Society of NSW and a Justice of the
Peace.
Peter has won various battles over the
years against the Australian Taxation Office and Travel Compensation
Fund. He even convinced the Australian Securities
and Investments Commission that Singapore does not have a separate capital
city.
Peter has three daughters and two grandchildren and is
a keen skier and accomplished sculptor .

10 years of which he served three years as honorary treasurer.

Joe Staub
BCom FCA
Joe commenced his working life in the audit division of Arthur Andersen
& Co 1974. He was a founding partner of Gilden Staub & Co (now
Sothertons Sydney) before leaving in 2004 to head up a retail company.
In 2007 he recommenced practice as a Chartered Accountant and merged his
practice with Peter Vickers and Associates on 1 July 2008. Joe is a
registered tax agent and registered company auditor and brings
expertise in taxation planning, small to medium enterprise advisings,
retail and superannuation. In his spare time, Joe enjoys golf and
playing bridge.

Pablo Urbano

Pablo has completed a Bachelor of Electronic Commerce majoring in
Finance, as well as a Masters of Commerce majoring in Professional
Accounting. Prior to joining PVA, he worked with a Chartered Accounting
firm in Brisbane.
Pablo has his practicing certificate from the Institute of
Chartered Accountants and is a registered tax agent and a Certified Partner of Xero.

Ann Nguyen
BBus CPA
Ann completed
her Bachelor of Business, majoring in Accounting in 1998 from the
University of Technology, Sydney and is a CPA. She has worked in public
practice in the
roles of tax agent, assistant accountant and senior accountant and
brings expertise in superannuation, preparation of financial statements
and tax returns.

Cathy Stockwell BCom CA
Cathy
completed her Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Queensland.
Since beginning her career with Arthur Andersen & Co in taxation she has
worked for large second tier firms such as William Buck and Johnston
Rorke in the business services area. She also gained experience in the
commercial sector as Financial Controller of a joint venture in the
sugar industry. At PVA, Cathy is using her expertise in taxation to
provide tax advice to individuals, companies and family trusts.
Cathy
is also an active member of the Lindfield community and the schools
attended by her children.

Harry Grewal BBus
Harry studied for his Bachelor of Business Degree, majoring in
Accounting, at ACU National University. He has over five years of
experience working in public practice with a range of clients - from
small to large and in a variety of different industries. Harry is
currently studying to obtain his CA qualification.

Debritu is an Associate of the National Institute of Accountants.
She was awarded an advanced diploma in Accounting from Northern Sydney
Institute of TAFE in 2003.

Andrew Poon BCom
Andrew completed his Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in
Professional Accounting at Sydney's Macquarie University. Prior to this
he completed a Diploma of Commerce at the Sydney Institute of Business
and Technology. Andrew is currently working towards his CA
qualifications and is a keen soccer player in his spare time.

Stephen Freedman B.Ec BBA
Stephen has many years experience in the accountancy profession, in a
variety of roles, serving a diverse client base. His clients at
PVA benefit from this expertise in his preparation of financial
statements and tax returns; provision of taxation advice;
budgeting and cash flows; business valuations; buying and selling
businesses; management accounting and tax planning. Stephen has
experience in preparing both Canadian and United States tax returns.

Naomi Brandon

Naomi obtained her degree majoring in Textiles and Design & Technology
at the Australian Catholic University. Before going on maternity leave
Naomi managed a number of Lincraft stores taking each store to the top
position in the chain. After managing up to 30 staff in a store she
believes managing 20 accountants is a breeze. Naomi has a daughter Kayla
and son Jayden.

dedicated Chartered Accountants working in our office in Bangalore. They
are under the supervision of Ramesh Adiga who is a member of the

practicing certificate which allows him to audit Self Managed

Rathnakumar completed
his articled training with a Chartered Accountant in Public Practice,
has been awarded his MBA in Finance
and is close to achieving his CA qualifications with ICAI, having
completed his CA intermediate and being awarded his "Accounting
Technician" certificate. In addition to the above he gained 3 years
experience as an accountant servicing a range of clients and now
uses his expertise at BOSS to assist with the finalisation of
accounts and preparation of tax returns. Rathnakumar was
married in 2009.

Malleshwaran
Meganathan MBA Finance, BCom, MCom
Malleshwaran has now
completed his CA Intermediate from ICAI and holds his "Accounting
Technician" Certificate. In addition, he has recently
been awarded his MBA
Finance. Before joining BOSS, Malleshwaran
had an accountancy position in which he gained valuable experience
whilst working for a broad range of clients. At BOSS he uses this
expertise in the preparation of tax returns and the finalisation of
accounts for clients. Malleshwaran is fond of cricket and Adam
Gilchrist is his favorite player. He was married in 2006 and has a
son named Mohit.

Tivanant (Mook) Clifford

Mook leads our bookkeeping
division. She is also the
group's bookkeeper and brings experience and a strong background of
bookkeeping and accounting processes to the role. Mook completed a
Bachelor of Business Administration at Thammasat University in Bangkok,
and is currently studying towards an Advanced Diploma of
Accounting. Mook is a registered BAS Agent (No. 81285000), a Certified Partner of Xero and MYOB and is
currently managing our Canberra Office.

Elesa Dwyer

Elesa has completed a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting and is
a CPA. She has worked in public practice, for multiple family
businesses and as a Senior Finance Manager for ACNielsen. At Peter
Vickers and Associates, Elesa is responsible for the bookkeeping
activities of a number of small to medium sized clients and also looks
after the bookkeeping for professional services firms such as solicitors
and dental practices.

over 11 years experience in this field. Having managed the HR Department
of a large listed company, Idana took a sabbatical to have her first
child and has returned to the workforce with the Peter Vickers Business
Group in the capacity of HR Manager.

Sara Lanesman BSocSci

The group operates as a paperless office and Sara is responsible for
managing the Document Management System, "How Now". She is also
responsible for ensuring that the company meets all its corporate
compliance requirements. Prior to joining Peter Vickers Business
Group, Sara gained a wealth of experience from various contract roles
including Executive Assistant and Office Manager for a small team of
business consultants and more recently as Workflow Manager and HR
Manager for Peter Vickers and Associates, whilst Naomi and Idana enjoyed
their maternity leave.

Kathryn Maguire BA (Hons)

Kathryn is PVBG's Marketing Manager. When she joined
the group she had been running her own marketing consultancy in Sydney.
She relocated from London to Sydney in 2002 with her family. She
completed a BA in Economics and Geography at London University's School
of Oriental and African Studies followed by a postgraduate diploma in
marketing. Over 15 years she has marketed a range of products and
services including those of a professional services firm in London.
