MYOB Introduces New Corporate Compliance System

As platinum MYOB Partners, we are excited to announce that we will be among the first firms to utilise MYOB’s new corporate compliance platform. There are many benefits for our clients in implementing this platform.
Firstly, as an environmentally conscious office we are always looking for ways to reduce our use of paper. This platform digitises much of the process, benefiting our environment. This also allows clients to be able to review documents wherever you are in the world – whether based overseas or travelling.
This portal ensures that your documents are highly secure. Previously, documents would have to be emailed and now these documents are stored securely on Amazon’s Web Security – one of the most secure cloud services available – and will comply with our strict cyber security measures, so clients have peace of mind that all documents are protected. MYOB itself will not have any access to customer files.
We will be rolling this out from January 2020 and aim to have all of our business clients on the platform by June 2020.
